Meet Up
On the day of your appointment, I will meet you at the place you specified to notarize your documents. This process is very quick and hassle-free. I'll need to verify the identity of anyone involved in signing the documents. So please be sure to bring a valid ID with you.
Payment
You don't pay a penny until all of your documents have been signed and notarized. I accept cash, apple pay, paypal and venmo.

proceed with a notarization if the signer appears confused or mentally incapable of understanding the transaction.
may not proceed with notarization if they think the transaction is illegal.

ANY publically recordable documents
Photographs
Names that don't match the document
The signer is not physically present at the time of the notarization
the document contains missing pages or blanks. Any blanks present must be filled in with "N/A" or stricken through
The notorial certificate is pre-dated/post-dated.
The Notorial certificate is blank.
The signer cannot be positively identified (MUST BRING ID)
The document is not original
The required notarial act is not indicated by the document, the signer or someone connected to the document.
**Notaries are NOT allowed to choose a notorial act or certificate for an individual, that is considered practicing law and is illegal.
